Essenza Inc. does not guarantee the availability of any items listed on essenza-inc.com. If the item selected for purchase is not available, Essenza Inc. will make every effort to contact the customer to notify them of the cancellation.
Orders may be cancelled at any time due to insufficient stock, inability to authorize a credit card, suspicion of fraudulent intent, discovery of an incorrect item price, or any other reason, as we see fit. Please further note that Essenza Inc. shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such order whether or not your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has already been charged and your order is canceled, Essenza Inc. shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the purchase.
Our jewelry is sold in “as is” condition. Jewelry, like all material, is susceptible to damage and requires preventative measures and maintenance. It is important to be aware of your jewelry while wearing it and to choose pieces that are appropriate for your lifestyle. We recommend removing all jewelry, especially rings, in situations when abnormal contact is expected.
If an item purchased from Essenza Inc. incurs damage, please return it to the store. We will take the item in, review the damage and possible cause with our jeweler, and contact you with an estimate for the repair.
Essenza Inc. will gladly accept the return of items within 10 days of purchase. Returns are eligible for exchange or store credit. The goods must be unused with original packaging and wrapper, free from wear, stains, odor or any condition that would prevent them from being sold as new. Returned items must be accompanied with a copy of the receipt. Special orders & custom jewelry are final sale and are not eligible for return.
Contact Essenza within 14 days of receiving your order to let us know that you will be making an exchange or store credit. Call us at (206) 547-4895 Monday through Friday from 11am to 6pm (PT) or email us at email@example.com. Please do not return packages without approval. We will need to know which item(s) you would like to have in exchange of your original items as well as your name, address and credit card number (to apply any difference of product price or shipping charges on exchanged items). The goods must be unused with original packaging and wrapper, free from wear, stains, odor or any condition that would prevent them from being sold as new.
Insuring your package protects you in case the items are damaged or lost in transit. Carefully package the items in the original shipping box or any suitable shipping carton using plenty of padding material to protect the product(s) and include a copy of your receipt.
IMPORTANT: WE CANNOT ACCEPT ANY RETURN OF OPENED OR USED ITEMS! If you return any opened items we will not be able to accept your return and additional shipping will apply to return the opened, unsellable item to you. Any item that is not in the same condition as it was shipped will not be accepted as a return.
Once we receive your return package, we will exchange your product for one of a same or greater value.
Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. Essenza Inc. will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of return packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to the Essenza Inc. returns office. Packages that arrive COD may be denied, or the COD amount will be deducted from your return or added to your exchange order.
If all conditions are met, the exchange or store credit will be met; if not, all items will be shipped back to the customer with an explanation. Customer incurs all shipping costs for all returned items. There are no exchanges or store credits on international orders.
Sales tax is charged on orders shipped within Washington state at the local tax rate.

We ship domestically with USPS or UPS depending on the location and item being shipped. Rates will be calculated based on weight and destination at time of checkout. We ship internationally with USPS first class or priority depending on item purchased. Delivery times vary for any shipment outside the US and one can expect up 4-6 weeks for delivery. All taxes and duties are the responsibility of the recipient and we are not able to estimate these costs. Essenza Inc. only ships packages Monday through Friday.
